You're probably wondering, "who the heck is Amanda?", yeah, me too! Kidding, not kidding.   :)

Born and raised in TX, USA, younger sister....Oh God. Ew, no. I'm not doing all that. I'm here to share my journey and help you create your own! By trade, for the last 13 years I have worked in the Spa Industry as a Massage Therapist, Esthetician, and, for a brief time, Esthetics Instructor. The health and wellness industry also kept me busy as a yoga instructor, Reiki "Master" (who truly masters anything?), and sound healer/sound bath facilitator. Sheesh, to this day I do not have a title that "feels" right regarding my music, maybe that is for a reason yet to be revealed!

Since 2012, when the world was supposed to end (also, shoutout to those of us that have lived through two end time dates that we have dimension skipped away from, heyyoooo 1999-2000!). Anyway, this is when my spiritual journey started. I watched "The Secret", I read spiritual and self-help books, I meditated, I did energy healing on myself, I hugged trees and held conversations with them. I was a hippie with plants and a loving dog named Buddy. Life was flowing effortlessly, I would declare what I wanted was on it's way to me and would receive almost immediately.

My maturity at the time didn't reflect the level mastery I had in my life. Things changed when I intentionally, yet also unintentionally, asked for hard lessons. Baby, we got 'em. Test after test, chapter after chapter, bridges burning, heart yearning, feeling numb and alone when surrounded by people. Allowing a mask to show how you want to feel, but in this case, fake it till you make it didn't work...or at least it was taking its sweet time. 

Now in the peace of removing myself from others expectations and from my OWN expectations, I am finding some very interesting parts of me. Inside me are parts that are good, bad, and ugly, however, there are also some parts that are mysterious, childlike, beautiful, dark, light, the list goes on. We are made of so many parts, we are intricately woven pieces of art. The doubt and fear we all face is part of us, but if we shift our Frequency and Vibration, wonderful things can unfold before you. I really truly do feel like continuing this flow of words I haven't felt in awhile yet the pace is slowing, into the unknowing.

Winding down and circling back, the reason for this site is your delight. I grew up loving to explore, travel, experience and learn new things and meet interesting people with unique and fun stories. Here I am as a 30+ year young human, wanting to re-write the version of my older self that my younger self saw. No longer will I be the grumpy old lady who yells at kids, I will be the old lady who has stories for days and shares experiences and knowledge with the younger generations.

This travel bug in me, I hope, is contagous enough for us to change our present and quantum leap us into the Highest Frequency Experience. Embrace the opportuities available to you, put your self-love first, cherish the gift you were given, share it with the world. Travel where your heart pulls you, learn something you have always wanted to learn, life starts when YOU start living it! Stop surviving, make the most of your time on this beautiful planet.

Travel buddies are not required, don't wait on others. Plus you never know, you may meet some really cool people traveling alone, I sure did! I love this story, it makes me feel so happy every time I remember it. Oh yeah, this is supposed to be an "about me" thing. I guess you will just have to wait for me to share my stories on here later! <3
